CANCELLATION POLICY

Late/ no-call-no shows: It is your responsibility to communicate with your stylist if you need to reschedule your appointment. We require a 24 hour notice to reschedule without penalties. A 30% cancleation fee will be charged for canceling without notice( Non-Refundable/ not applied to service). Multiple cancellations/rescheduling will result in a 50% non-refundable deposit of service to reschedule. We allow a 15 minute late window for our guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late it will be up to your stylist if you can keep your appointment or if you will have to reschedule. If you arrive late 3 times or more you will be charged a 100% fee before you can rebook. A No-call No- show will immediately result in a 100% deposit on your service before re-booking. If you no-call/no- show 2 or more times you may not be eligible to re-book Prices: All prices are subject to change depending upon your stylists skill level, length and density , and amount of product used. All vivid colors requrie a consultaion and a minium 2 Hour Deposit (Non-Refundable).
